For those interested in virtual learning, the Penobscot Valley Senior College offers a session titled "Tick Talk: Tickborne Diseases in Maine" on Tuesday, January 27, at 4:00 PM via Zoom. This informative talk delves into the prevalence and prevention of tickborne illnesses in the region.

On Thursday, January 29, the Penobscot Theatre Company presents "Almost, Maine", a series of interconnected stories exploring love and loss in a small northern town. The performance begins at 7:00 PM at the Bangor Opera House.
