ÂĽ cup cold butter, cubed
Instructions:
Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Spread half the bread cubes in the dish.
Sprinkle half the blueberries over the bread.
Add remaining bread and blueberries on top.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, cream, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
Pour evenly over the bread mixture.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
If using streusel:
Mix brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle over top before baking.
Bake uncovered at 350°F for 45–55 minutes until golden and set.
Serve With:
Warm maple syrup
A dusting of powdered sugar
Crispy bacon or breakfast sausage
